Hi, I'm Luca.
A cinematographer and director of photography based in Hamburg. It started with a camera in my hands as a kid; in 2019 that turned into my first real commission — a film for a friend's gym — and I haven't set it down since. A degree in Digital Film Production gave the instinct a craft to stand on.
I'm most at home shooting movement and sport in natural light, where timing and instinct beat a truck full of fixtures. I work with brands, agencies and directors to turn a brief into images with a point of view — driven by creative visions of my own and the projects that give them somewhere to live.
I don't shoot products.
I shoot the feeling a brand wants to be remembered for.
I work with brands, agencies and directors on films that are more than a clean edit. Imagery, light and movement that carry an attitude, from the first look concept to the final grade.
Whether as DP within a larger team or as a one-person crew for agile shoots, I translate a brief into an atmosphere that sticks. Based in Hamburg, available for commissions across Germany and worldwide.
